Matt Tarr
After graduating with a B.A. in Pastoral Leadership at Liberty University, Matt received his Master of Divinity degree at The Master's Seminary in Sun Valley, CA. During that time, Matt also served on staff at Grace Community Church as the V.P. of Grace Community School and as a Pastoral Assistant in the Counseling and Men's Ministries departments. After seminary, Matt graduated from the Grace Advance Academy for specialized training in church plant and revitalization ministries. He then assumed the role of Pastor-Teacher of High Point Baptist Church in December 2014. In May 2021, Matt completed his Doctor of Ministry degree in Expository Preaching from The Master's Seminary.
Greg Hauser
In 2010, after spending more than twenty years in the financial industry, Greg moved to California to begin attending The Master’s Seminary. He graduated with a Master of Divinity in 2014 and a Master of Theology in 2018. In 2021, he became the associate Pastor-Teacher of High Point Baptist Church.
Tom Joyce
After completing his B.A. in Physics at Wilkes College, Tom Joyce worked as an engineer for Schott Glass. In 1997, he began working for Metlife as a systems analyst while also completing his Master of Science from Drexel University. In 2003, Tom began teaching Physics, Math, and General Science in Pennsylvania public schools and has done so for the last sixteen years.
Greg Lynch
After graduating from Baptist Bible Seminary with a Master of Divinity (’85) and Master of Theology (’88), Greg taught high school English for several years. During that time, he also finished several courses in the Seminary’s Ph.D. program. In 2005, Greg completed the English literature program at the University of Scranton. Since 2006, he has been facilitating online composition, literature, and communications courses at the University of Phoenix.
Tom Bassett
In 2015, Tom Bassett completed his B.A. in Music Education from Clark’s Summit University. Soon after, he became a music teacher and band director at a local public school. During this time he became the principal clarinetist for the Northern Tier Symphony Orchestra, a position he continues to hold. Through the years, his classical music has both earned him a composition award and conductor positions. Additionally, Tom has completed his Master of Music Education and ESL certification from Kutztown University. He is currently working to complete his Doctor of Music Education from Liberty University.
Al Savignano
Upon graduating with a B.S in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, Al began a lifelong career at Proctor & Gamble. During his time there, he functioned as a Team Leader, Employee Relations Leader, Leader and On-Scene Commander, and worked on the Hazmat team. Outside of his time at Proctor & Gamble he was a director of the Wyoming Valley Christian School Association.
Beth Ann Kolodgie
In 2004, Beth Ann graduated from King’s College with her B.S. in Human Resource Management. Soon after, she began working for King’s College as a Human Resources Generalist and HRIS Retirement & Training Specialist, before becoming a Senior HR Generalist and Special Projects Manager. During her fourteen years of experience working in higher education, she also completed her M.S. in Health Care Administration.
Rhonda Vickers
In 1990, Rhonda began working for Sam’s Club as a Claims Department Leader. During her twenty-two years at Sam’s Club, she was the Receiving Manager, Fresh Manager, and Regional Fresh Manager of the Northeast Territory. Since 2015, Rhonda has worked for BDS Connected Solutions where she is currently the Lead Hiring Coordinator. Since 2016, she has also served on the board of the local library where she is currently president.
Chris Sespico
In 1999, Chris Sespico earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating, Chris began working for GAI Consultants Inc. as a project designer, engineer, and technician. In continuing to provide high-quality work, Chris currently serves as the Vice President, Office Leader, and Project Leader of JHA Companies, Inc.
Jen Tarr
After graduating with her B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from Liberty University, Jen moved to Chittagong, Bangladesh, as a teacher and then Dean of Women at William Carey Academy in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Upon returning to the states, she took a position teaching high school English and Social Studies in a Pennsylvania public school where she has taught for the last 8 years. During this time, Jen has completed her M.A. and M.F.A in Nonfiction Creative Writing from Wilkes University and served as Nonfiction Editor for several literary journals.
Craig Kasper
Craig has 35 plus years of experience in business development and leadership performance in companies ranging from 1 million to 25 billion in annual revenues. From establishing and growing his own leadership consulting company to operating as an executive for a fortune 200 company the journey has included start-ups, raising capital, marketing, sales, customer service/retention, financial and operations management. Currently he’s operating his own company, MarketSmart 365 LLC.
