Matt Tarr
After graduating with a B.A. in Pastoral Leadership at Liberty University, Matt received his Master of Divinity degree at The Master's Seminary in Sun Valley, CA. During that time, Matt also served on staff at Grace Community Church as the V.P. of Grace Community School and as a Pastoral Assistant in the Counseling and Men's Ministries departments. After seminary, Matt graduated from the Grace Advance Academy for specialized training in church plant and revitalization ministries. He then assumed the role of Pastor-Teacher of High Point Baptist Church in December 2014. In May 2021, Matt completed his Doctor of Ministry degree in Expository Preaching from The Master's Seminary.

Thomas Bassett
Tom was a retail assistant manager until returning to school and completing a Bachelor of Music Education degree in 2015. Since then, he worked in public education for 10 years, teaching secondary band and music courses. During that time, he earned a Master of Music Education (2019), an ESL Specialist Certificate (2021), an ACBC Biblical Counseling certificate (2021), and a Doctorate in Music Education (2025). Tom is a certified teacher in PA and NJ. Tom is also an Approved Provider of Act 48 credit through the Pennsylvania Department of Education. He has served as the President of Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 9, on the state-wide PMEA board of directors, as Vice Chair of High Point Classical Academy, and as President of the board for the New Jersey Chamber Orchestra. Tom performs professionally on clarinet and is a composer. He won awards for his music in 2021, 2023, and 2026 and has enjoyed international performances of his compositions. Tom has been a member of High Point Baptist Church since 2016 and the music director since 2020.

Beth Ann Kolodgie
In 2004, Beth Ann graduated from King’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Shortly thereafter, she began her professional career at King’s College, serving as a Human Resources Generalist and HRIS Retirement & Training Specialist before advancing to Senior HR Generalist and Special Projects Manager. Over the course of her fourteen years working in higher education, Beth Ann also earned her Master of Science in Health Care Administration. In addition to her work in education, Beth Ann co-founded Bevin Properties, a family-owned real estate business, which she operates alongside her husband.

Al Savignano
Upon graduating with a B.S in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, Al began a lifelong career at Proctor & Gamble. During his time there, he functioned as a Team Leader, Employee Relations Leader, Leader and On-Scene Commander, and worked on the Hazmat team. Outside of his time at Proctor & Gamble he was a director of the Wyoming Valley Christian School Association.

Rhonda Vickers
In 1990, Rhonda began working for Sam’s Club as a Claims Department Leader. During her twenty-two years at Sam’s Club, she was the Receiving Manager, Fresh Manager, and Regional Fresh Manager of the Northeast Territory. Since 2015, Rhonda has worked for BDS Connected Solutions where she is currently the Lead Hiring Coordinator. Since 2016, she has also served on the board of the local library where she is currently president.

Jen Tarr
After graduating with her B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from Liberty University, Jen moved to Chittagong, Bangladesh, as a teacher and then Dean of Women at William Carey Academy in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Upon returning to the states, she took a position teaching high school English and Social Studies in a Pennsylvania public school where she has taught for the last 8 years. During this time, Jen has completed her M.A. and M.F.A in Nonfiction Creative Writing from Wilkes University and served as Nonfiction Editor for several literary journals.
